  • Do you offer SLAs for business customers?

    Yes. Business fiber tiers include uptime SLAs and committed response times, with details aligned to the service mix during scoping. Hosted PBX and Internet Failover packages carry their own SLAs published per contract.

  • Are there long-term contracts?

    No mandatory contracts on standard business internet — service is month-to-month. Multi-year terms are available when they make sense for managed deployments (Internet Failover, multi-site PBX) and typically include better economics.

  • Can I get pricing for multiple locations?

    Yes. Add every address to your inquiry — or just describe the geography and a specialist will pull the per-site availability. Multi-site pricing isn't published on the website because it depends on the network at each address; we'll quote it directly.
